Using the
Shopping Basket
To order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button next to
the item. You can change the quantity before you click.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the shopping
basket page which shows the items ordered and prices. You can review the
contents of the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on any
showroom page.
You can always remove an item - or change quantity - from the
shopping basket by changing the quantity shown (change to zero if you want to
delete the item completely) then press the 'recalculate' button.
You can choose to continue shopping or go to the secure payments
pages. When you have finished your order press the 'go to payments' button on
the shopping basket page.
Payments
Credit/Debit card payment is on secure encrypted pages. We accept
Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Maestro, American Express - or
payment by Paypal.
We
process card payments via Protx (supported by Lloyds TSB).
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation
of receipt email almost immediately.
To order by telephone or fax
Just advise the item reference numbers and your card details.

You can also order by letter post
Just list the reference numbers and brief descriptions of the
items required. Payment by credit or debit card or cheque/PO payable to 'Living
Designs'.

Packing
and Delivery Charges
UK
STANDARD DELIVERY £2.95.
This
applies to the total order whatever the value!.
There may be extra delivery costs for heavier consignments to
offshore islands, N Ireland and Scottish Highlands - we will email for your
approval if this applies.
OTHER COUNTRIES
We
ship by air at cost. If the total shipping cost is £7.95 or less
(i.e. up to £5.00 more than the standard delivery cost), we will add the
extra to your order cost and despatch the order.
If
the total shipping cost is more than £7.95, we will advise the
shipping cost to you by email and wait for your emailed approval before
despatching.

Delivery
We send your order as quickly as possible - please allow 2 to 7
working days for despatch. The delivery date will depend on your location and
the delivery service used.
Some
items are delivered direct from the manufacturer in a separate
package.
If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will
send an alternative (if available) only if it is very similar to the item
ordered. Otherwise we will advise by email.
